My name is Carl Sprayberry and I am the new General Manager at this unique hotel. The staff and I would like to thank you for considering the Marriott Los Angeles Downtown for your hospitality needs. Most of our staff members are dedicated career hotel professionals and quite a few of them have racked up long years of experience right here at the Marriott Los Angeles Downtown. The housekeeping staff at our Los Angeles accommodations is bar-none one of the best in the country. The same goes for everybody from the front desk to poolside.

I was previously General Manager at the Crowne Plaza Houston Medical Centre where I managed all functions of this premier hotel within the world-renowned Texas Medical Centre. When it was sold for re-development to a children’s hospital, it gave me and my family the opportunity to relocate to Los Angeles. I am excited and proud to be able to manage such a wonderful property in the heart of LA, and my goal is 100% guest satisfaction with genuine hospitality.
